Spencer Greendyke M.D.

Dr. Greendyke is a Board-Certified orthopedic surgeon with over 25 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders. He is a graduate of Medical Lake HS and received his B.S. degree from the University of Washington. He received an M.S. degree in Biology from Illinois State University.

Dr. Greendyke received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University in Washington D.C. He completed a transitional internship and then served as an USAF Flight Surgeon for three years at Hill AFB in Utah, practicing general medicine and accomplishing over 200 missions in the F-16. He completed his orthopedic residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, and performed orthopedic care at RAF Lakenheath, England; Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; and Fairchild AFB here in Spokane. He retired from the USAF Reserves in 2004, with the rank of Lt. Colonel.

Dr. Greendyke arrived in Coeur d’Alene in 2005 and has had an active practice in general orthopedic surgery. He has been a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons for 22 years.
