A scheduler from Pleasant View Surgery Center will be calling you to confirm your appointment prior to your date of service. We will review with you the benefits according to your insurance plan at that time.
You will not be responsible to pay any money up front on your date of service unless you are a self-pay patient.
Following your procedure/surgery, we will bill your insurance. Once your insurance has processed your claim and we have received the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and/or payment for your claim, we will then send you a statement showing your patient responsibility according to your benefits.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you have a CareCredit account that you would like to use, please contact Pleasant View Surgery Center for the details on the available payment options.
You will receive a separate bill from your doctor, anesthesia, and/or pathology.
If your insurance has sent you a check directly for the procedure, you will need to promptly forward the check along with your EOB to the center. We will then process your payment and send you a statement for your patient responsibility.
Please do not hesitate to contact our billing team with any concerns or questions regarding your patient obligation and/or payment options.
