The day before your procedure, a Pleasant View Surgery Center billing specialist will update your patient payment estimate, which will be due in full on the day of your procedure. You will receive this update by email and/or text message.
After your procedure or surgery, we will bill your insurance. Once your insurance has processed the claim, if you have overpaid, we will refund the difference and mail it to you.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you have a CareCredit account that you would like to use, please contact Pleasant View Surgery Center for the details on the available payment options.
You will receive a separate bill from your doctor, anesthesia, and/or pathology.
If your insurance has sent you a check directly for the procedure, you will need to promptly forward the check along with your EOB to the center. We will then process your payment and send you a statement for your patient responsibility.
